When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name or username, provided by GitHub or Google during sign-in
• Your email address
• Your public profile picture, if available through GitHub or Google

When you use the Service, we collect:

• The skills you save
• Your custom collections on eligible plans
• The private skills or pasted content you voluntarily add to your personal space or workspace
• Information related to a GitHub connection when you enable that feature
• Anonymized navigation data such as visited pages and session duration

Your data is used to:

• Manage your account and access to the Service
• Save your skills and collections
• Send service-related communications such as important updates and subscription confirmations
• Improve the Service through anonymized statistical analysis

Processing is based on contract performance for providing the Service, your consent for marketing communications when applicable, and our legitimate interest in improving the Service through anonymized statistics.

Your data is kept for the duration of your account and then deleted within 30 days after account closure. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations.

Your data is not sold or rented to third parties. It may be shared with:

• Vercel, for website hosting
• Stripe, for payment processing on paid plans only
• GitHub or Google, for OAuth authentication and GitHub connection if enabled
• Resend or an equivalent email provider, for transactional emails if configured
• Database and infrastructure providers necessary for operating the Service

These providers act according to our instructions and within the scope of their own privacy policies.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: obtain a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Objection: object to certain processing activities

LLM Skills uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to work, including login session, preference and security cookies. No advertising cookies are used. If an analytics tool is added, it must be documented here and configured in accordance with GDPR.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Passwords, when email authentication is offered, are stored as hashes and never kept in plain text. GitHub access tokens, when used, must be limited to the necessary features and can be revoked from your GitHub account.

Private skills added by URL or pasted content are not automatically published in the public catalog. They remain visible only to the user or workspace members concerned, subject to the configured access rights.
