Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: June 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern participation in the LLM Skills affiliate program (the “Program”). By submitting an application and using an affiliate link, you (the “Affiliate”) accept these terms in full. The Program lets you promote LLM Skills and earn a commission on the subscriptions you generate.
2. Membership
- Membership is free and subject to approval. LLM Skills accepts or declines any application at its sole discretion, with no obligation to give reasons.
- The Affiliate must provide accurate, up-to-date information and hold an LLM Skills account to access their affiliate dashboard.
- The Affiliate must be of legal age (or have the authorization of a legal representative) and have the capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Commissions
- Rate and duration: 30% commission on each collected payment from a subscriber you bring, for 12 months from their first subscription.
- Calculation basis: commission is calculated on the net amount actually collected (excluding taxes, after any discounts).
- Validation: a commission becomes withdrawable only after a 30-day safety period (anti-refund). It is cancelled in the event of a refund, unpaid invoice, chargeback, fraud or breach of these terms.
- LLM Skills reserves the right to change the rate, duration and terms for future conversions, with prior notice.
4. Tracking and attribution
- Attribution relies on a 30-day cookie (last click) and on the identifier passed to the payment provider (Stripe) at checkout.
- In the event of multiple clicks from several affiliates, the last valid click prevails.
- The Affiliate acknowledges that only conversions correctly recorded by the LLM Skills tracking system give rise to a commission.
5. Payouts
- Validated commissions accumulate in a balance. A payout can be requested once €30 is available; it is sent to the Affiliate's PayPal account.
- Payouts are made after verification. LLM Skills may suspend a payout in the event of suspected fraud or a dispute.
- Taxes: the Affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, contributions and levies relating to their commissions, in accordance with their situation and applicable law. LLM Skills does not act as an employer.
6. Prohibited practices
The following are strictly prohibited, under penalty of commission cancellation and immediate exclusion:
- Self-referral and fraud: using your own link for yourself, creating fake accounts, cookie stuffing, fake clicks or artificial conversions.
- Brand bidding: buying advertising keywords (Google Ads, etc.) containing “LLM Skills” or variants, or registering domain names imitating the brand (typosquatting).
- Spam: unsolicited emailing, mass messaging, repetitive unwanted posts.
- Deception: false promises, misleading claims about the product or earnings, impersonating LLM Skills, fake reviews.
- Unauthorized coupon sites and any distribution of discounts not issued by LLM Skills.
- Unlawful content: misleading, defamatory, hateful or infringing content, or anything harming third-party rights, as well as any deceptive pop-up or redirect that forces clicks.
7. Disclosure obligation
In accordance with applicable regulations (notably consumer law and advertising rules, e.g. the FTC in the United States or the DGCCRF in France), the Affiliate undertakes to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship to their audience (an “affiliate link”, “partnership” or equivalent notice) with every promotion.
8. Intellectual property
LLM Skills grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable right to use its name and logo solely for promotion within the Program. Any other use, trademark filing, domain-name registration or modification of brand assets is prohibited. This right ends with participation in the Program.
9. Independence of the parties
The Affiliate acts as an independent partner. These terms create no employment contract, agency, partnership or relationship of subordination between the Affiliate and LLM Skills.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. LLM Skills may suspend or exclude an Affiliate, and cancel the related commissions, in the event of a breach of these terms, fraud or conduct harming the brand. Commissions validly earned and non-fraudulent remain due.
11. Changes to the Program
LLM Skills may amend these terms and the Program parameters (rate, duration, threshold, payout methods). Changes are published on this page and apply to conversions occurring after they take effect. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. No warranty and liability
The Program is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or level of earnings. To the extent permitted by law, LLM Skills' liability is limited to the amount of commissions due and unpaid.
13. Personal data
The processing of data related to the Program is described in our privacy policy, which details in particular attribution cookies and payment data.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those designated by applicable law. For any question, use our contact page.
