Product Hunt (producthunt.com) - Trending products in category - Comment sections for feature requests - "Needs" discussions - Low-upvote launches with interesting ideas 2. Reddit - r/SaaS, r/startups, r/Entrepreneur, r/SideProject, r/indiehackers - Niche subreddits for target market - Search: "I wish there was", "why isn't there", "frustrated with" 3. Hacker News (news.ycombinator.com) - Show HN posts and feedback - "Ask HN: What tools do you wish existed?" - Comments on competitor launches 4. Twitter/X - "someone should build" tweets - Complaints about existing tools - Feature request threads 5. G2/Capterra Reviews - 1-3 star reviews (pain points) - "Missing features" mentions - Comparison complaints ## Process 1. Define problem space from arguments 2. Search each source for pain points 3. Cluster similar complaints 4. Rank by frequency and intensity 5.
